Went in for an Oil change and tire rotation, the guy must have had a brain fart because he didn’t rotate the tires and didn’t tight the filter. The car sat for a week and left a large oil spot on my driveway.

The staff were very pleasant and I want to give 5 stars to Anthony Wong who went out of his way to get me the best price out the door, he always had a big smile and he even treated me to snacks when he heard I did not have lunch! Way to go Anthony!!

The after service you get at the service department has drastically dropped from before they switch names to Group 1. The advisor can be more informative and more supportive/ helpful than just trying to brush people off.

Appreciate this dealership for honesty and Aaron Galvan for his good customer service , At West Hyundai they baited me with a good offer for a pre owned vehicle, i drove 45 minutes to be there with reassurance that the car was there only to be told once i got there that it was not. That was like only three hours after i set an appointment. In any case the internet sales staff at this dealership were honest with what they have available. I ended up buying a new car. Businesses should be aware that truthfulness is still a virtue that customers still value.

Phone system is too automated. Called 3 times and no “service agent” was available. Call back promised but never received. These are times when you need human beings instead of AI phones

The staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby area was well maintained and there was ample seating for customers waiting.

Service rotten. Kept car for a whole month and mis diagnosed problem to the tune of 4400 then told me I needed a battery. Got one electronic update after 29 days. Never Service here again.
